Hello, Iām Rachel.
I believe that inner balance and energy are two of your greatest assets in the modern world. Changing how you view challenges and change, even by one percent, can radically shift the destinations you arrive at in life, with endless ripple effects.
Modern life can quickly push us into survival mode - saying yes too often, falling into old patterns, or simply running on empty. These incomplete stress responses can keep us stuck rather than moving through life with adaptability and ease. Many people even create lives, identities and personalities around their default stress management processes, often without realising it. The most common strategy is to avoid stress by pushing it aside, staying busy, or disconnecting. While this may feel protective in the moment, over time it quietly drains energy, clarity and confidence. Rather than eliminating challenges, the opportunity is to build the capacity to make friends with them and treat them as allies that open pathways to adaptability, resilience, creativity and strength.
This is where I see kinesiology as invaluable, supporting you to create your next level of harmony in mind, body and life. It brings awareness to the beliefs, emotions and patterns that shape your choices, while also working directly with your physiology, energy and nervous system. By restoring alignment, kinesiology helps you reconnect, releasing the blocks that stand in the way of growth, creativity, connection and wellbeing. In doing so, it creates freedom and new possibilities.
My background bridges both science and Eastern traditions. I hold an Honours in Psychology from Macquarie University, Diplomas in Kinesiology and Mind-Body Medicine, and have completed both Meditation Teacher Training and 500 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Before stepping into Kinesiology, I worked in HR & mental health, parenting and health research across higher education, insurance and professional services

Each session is designed to support you in restoring balance, breaking unhelpful patterns and opening space for new possibilities, so you can thrive in life, work and relationships.
